Yes we are! We take COVID very seriously and ensure our business space is always clean and sanitary. All of our products are sanitised and safe to use as intended. We have also made sure that there is a COVID-Safe plan in place at all times.
All sales are final. We do not accept any returns, refunds and/or exchanges for any opened packages due to sanitary reasons. However, in the event of receiving a damaged package, the wrong product, missing package and/or incorrect address, please notify us by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the package. Customers must provide an explanation with photo evidence as well as the packing slip. If approved, a replacement package will be sent to you. In the event of a replacement package being sent to you, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
